4th Generation gen 4 rear speaker question

Hey guys hopefully somebody with audio knowledge can help. About 2 years ago I found a guy on here I think that was selling the JBL rear speakers for my car, problem was my current (non jbl) speakers have a plastic and the better ones came with metal and after I installed them they would rattle on the back deck. I had seen on ebay basically rubber spacer that would go between the speaker and the deck plate so they wouldn't rattle but I can't seem to find it. I'd appreciate any help
Thanks
