Just a heads up on the Ebay halos: My buddy purchased a set of ebay projector headlights, with ccfl halos, off of ebay for his e90 about 2 weeks ago. I installed it with him, it was done right (this is my first time dancing around this kind of stuff). I just talked to him on Friday, 3 of the 4 halo rings burnt out. I told him to go for the legit stuff, but he didn't listen Just a heads up

I had a set of ebay headlights on an Eclipse and I know the install was f'ed up (I did it myself and it was my first time wiring). I never had a problem with them. Your buddy may have just gotten a bad set.

Exactly! I dont think that all the lights will be bad because of one person's experience. Too many people on here have the same kit, the same headlights, and the same car! The only thing that makes you different is the paint and rims...to a certain extent. I just think it's ok to try something different. I ordered the lights!!!
Like I said guys, this isn't my first time dancing around this stuff. And I wouldn't recommend it. Remember it's Flebay.
True, but they also have their own website and store. I just ordered it thru ebay because that was the first place I looked. Ebay actually directs you to their site...its no different then buying stuff from here, or craigslist, or anywhere else!
Lol. The pictures were a bit much...but thanks! It's true, you get what u pay for, but they were more expensive then the black housing lights that everyone on here praises. $199 to $152. So if price is any indication of quality, then they should be superior to the esteemed black housing halo projectors.

As mentioned above, I would go with custom and use your own materials. IIRC, even the ebay halos, on a good year, will last a year (the CCFL ones). The seller flat out told me that. I would spend the money on the good stuff Not trying to sound harsh or anything, I'm just trying to save you the long term frustration

one way you can tell its probably not the best quality is that it says its for the 97-99 models but if you look at the pic its on 00-01 model headlight, i wouldnt risk it but your choice man tell us how it goes!
