Auto to Manual Bug Question (for those guys who have done it)

On the 1995 camry, I changed it over from an Automatic to a Manual.

I need to speak with someone who has done this swap to help me with an issue i have been having.

Before the swap, the car ran perfect. No problems at all.

Now that I have changed the car over, I am having a stalling issue for some reason.

When Cold, it runs OK. it has a slight miss for some reason, but once it warms up to normal temperature and I come to a stop the car will either drop down to around 100 to 500 RPM or just stall out.

I have been thinking maybe it has something to do with the Shift Solenoids not being connected. The O/D lights flash after a few miles. I'm thinking that I may need to install the Resistor Blocks onto the Solenoid harness to fool the Computer. What size Resistors do you guys use on the solenoid plugs?

It's extremely annoying, and I'm hoping that one of the guys who have done the auto > manual swap who may have had this problem.

I'm going to go through the whole car tomorrow since I have some free time and check the ECT sensor, as I know that it may cause some idle issues .. Just odd that Before it works fine, then swap it starts acting up.

Just for reference:

Did the following Already during regular maintenance:

Cleaned TB, EGR, Adjusted TPS, Checked for Vaccum Leaks, Checked the distributor, igniter, and wiring in between everything. Tried resetting the ECU, and also Touched the (+) and (-) with the terminals off for 30 seconds to remove any standing voltage stored in the ECU.

I was thinking a few minutes ago, thinking back about the swap.

One thing I had done was replaced all the vacuum lines with new ones. The VSV Was relocated, like I normally do on swaps for easy access. Now when Routing the VSV lines, I forgot which one was which.

It dawned on me that this may be the problem. I ran outside and switched them around, and now the stalling issue is resolved. So me, being an idiot had the EGR/VSV Vaccum lines backwards. WHOOPS!! LOL

Anyways, just thought i'de let you guys know how it was resolved.

The Overdrive lights still flash, but I dont care about that. We dont have Emissions here, and they dont test drive the vehicles, so im good to go. LOL

Heres the first test drive :

I had a high idle problem on mine and resolved it by jumping two of the wires on the solenoid connector with a paper clip.
