3rd Generation In Need of a Finish Plate

Ever since I got my '93 Camry XLE V6 in '09, I've been in the midst of upgrading. I've had to replace the sound system, radiator, wheels, antenna.... The list will get longer as time goes by.

At this point, I'm needing to replace the rear finish panel; the panel I have lets water in and has a tendency to mess up one of the brake lights, which means of coarse the dash light comes on. I've checked online for a good XLE finish panel (mine also has bad scratches and the name has flaked off a bit) but can't find an exact match; I Can, however, get a SE V6 version. The question is, How difficult would it be to replace?

Yes, that's it. I'm wondering about fitment issues.
