Got it running. Now it wont go into gear!

Hey guys. Im back with another camry issue. 1993 2.2 L manual, 135k.

So after I replaced the coil. I went to take the car out and whattya know it wont go into gear. Thought I knew the problem but im lost now. I replaced the master cylinder and slave cylinder about a month ago and it shifted perfectly. I adjusted the bolt on the master cylinder a hundred times and I got it into gear but it doesnt shift smoothly at all when driving. I bled the clutch umpteen times. Also I bypassed the clutch switch and cruise switch. You guys are so helpful so if anyone has a suggestion please share it.

Please dont tell me I need a clutch!

Thanks

I press the clutch and nothing happens. I can get it to shift with a little grinding but its not drivable. No smell, no slop and the only noise is the grinding i guess.
