Car wont start :(

I got a 1998 Toyota Camry 4C and last night I came to a red light and the car died and lost all power but ill also add it made no noise when it died when I got under the hood and messed with the battery cables the power came back on but when I try to start the car it won't start the starter clicks but won't start, please help

So the starter just makes a clicking noise?... it doesn't turn the engine over? That sounds like the battery is low on charge. Either the battery is bad, or the alternator is failing to charge it properly. The only way to know is to get them both tested. Most auto parts stores can test both. If you can't get the car to them, you'll have to remove them (the battery and the alternator) and bring them in.

But after the power came back on the lights were not dime and i even got a jump and it still just clicks

OK, with jumper cables on it, the starter only clicks? So that eliminates the battery and alternator as suspects. Most likely the starter solenoid contacts are going bad. You can either replace the starter, or rebuild the contacts per this thread, or this thread. Both cover the same thing.
