best brake pads front and rear and shoes for gen3?

what kind should i get? semi metallic, carbon, brand, etc? anybody? for both the pads front and back and the shoes for the ebrake.

Well that depends on what kind of driving you do.

For everyday driving you do not need metallic... get carbon. If you go to the track a lot, then you can get metallic. If you live in a place that gets very cold in the Winter, metallic pads aren't a good idea either. So take that into consideration. If I'm not mistaken, you are more of a daily driver, so carbon pads should do fine.
