relay block 6, what relays and fuses does it contain? i really need to know. i shorted out my reverse lights and couldnt find the fuse anywhere then found theres a relay box behind my guages. tryed to open it but couldnt. there was not enough room to work with. and i broke apart of the housing. i think i may hhave screwed that up too. and then my ac and windows and gauges didnt work. then when i drove it my tranny was faultering. takes long time to shift and wont go into 4th or some call it overdrive. then next day id keeps up shifting then down shift then stops. then radio stop working. then engine slowly died. now it wont work at all. no power no nothing. please. need major help. i called dealer and asked about the relay block 6 they qouted 285 just for labor for it itself. i have a friend that nkows alot about wiring in cars but he just needs to know what the relay block is controlling. oh and also if you could help me where can i find the reverse light fuses or where ever it controls those? thanks. i would really appreciate it.

sorry man havent touched that relay box yet but im thinkin if it caused all that it maybe hooked up to ur ecu if not then it should be something else it is controlling best bet is get a haynes manual ... i was reading through it and it says if u f*cked up the the relay box number six ... u gotta get the whole unit itself replaced.... it doesnt really say wat it controls... so good luck man if u already got the relay out i suggest go get a new one from toyota... easiest thing...

yeah i know about that haynes and chilton books. i have 1. thats why i need to know what it does. i cant get it out. its too tight of a room. i need to know waht it controls so i can get my friend to help me out then he can fix it if we knw what it controls. or we just might have to take it out ourselves. that sucks. i broke the housing, which i think shorted that out also. but it could be becasue of the reverse lights causing a domino effect. but i think its the relay block. hopefully. casue if its the reverse lights then im screwed. casue relay blocks are easy to replace but then if the reverse had no fuse or relay then im screwed then it blew the whole wiring.
