Those 3 lights come on when: I start my car or they come on later. Sometimes they all go out and sometimes they flicker.
Any suggestions to check? Thanks.

Check the alternator.

The flickering of the 3 lights is a sign that the alternator is on its way out.

thanks for the reply. I will check the alternator. My battery is leaking acid. Would a bad alternator do that? I bought a new one and it leaked. I returned it and bought a second one. Now the second one is leaking? whats up?

did you check to see if they are being overcharged?

no. I did not check to see if it is overcharged. not very knowledgeable in that respect.
