Hey Guys, I know there's some ppl on here who have done the custom cold air intake. My check engine light has appeared twice since I instaled it about a month ago, my friend diagnosed it and both times it came out w/ the code for an inssuficient flow to the EGR valve, does anyone know if the intake could in anyway be a result of the EGR valve not functioning properly?

i dont think so, you can try cleaning out the egr valve and see if that helps with anything also there a filter somewhere in there you can clean as well.

Totally unrelated dude. Clean the valve, or get a new one. Then take your intake and manifold off, clean them for 10hp. Reassemble and block the EGR to keep that burnt crap from being in there!
