WhiteLine Rear Swaybar on GEN 4.5 Review

hi there,

I installed the WhiteLine Rear Swaybar on my 2000 Camry XLE V6 about a month ago now. I didn't install it myself, i got my struts changed at the same time at my mechanic.

anyways, this thing is really amazing. I really didn't think it would make such a huge difference. The car feels completely different when turning, even at slow speeds. Before I used to hate making turns because you get that sick feeling from the car wobbling a lot due to the bodyroll. Now turns are just different. I would really recommend everyone to get this mod done. I purchased the bar a month before installing it, and I have had it in there for a month now, so I'm basing it on it actual performance and now really on the "i paid money so i feel the difference" mentality. I thought it would just improve the grip at higher speeds, but I was very surprised at how turns changed at slow speeds as well. On the highway the car feels heavier.

I haven't had the car oversteer on me yet after installing the swaybar, i haven't pushed the suspension to its max after installing the swaybar, but I feel that to improve the handling now, the tires would be need to be changed.

Anyways, thats my review, I'm really happy with swaybar and highly recommend it. I hope this helps anyone thinking of buying one.

Mines on a Gen 3 and I recommend it too. Though I did the shocks and springs at the same time.
The rear vagueness with the heavy ass is gone. Car feels much tighter and makes me more confident in when I have to turn fast. I havent tested it at way excessive speeds yet, but simple high speed cruising feels rock solid.
Makes for a safer experience.
