Blue LEDs and indiglow dash for my 2000 camry?

Hi guys,
This is my first post. I've had my camry for a couple months now and its time I started modifying it. A friend of mine at work and I have started on taking out all the green leds in the car and replacing them with the expensive blue ones...Looks much nicer.
I need to find out exactly what is behind the environmental controls to see how to best change that light to blue. Is it a colored bulb or a clear bulb with the selephane like green paper over the plastic?

Also...I've been seeing these new Indiglow dashes that give a deep blue, almost purple glow around town in different cars and even on autodynamics site for other cars...but it just doesn't looke the same for the camry's...anybody know where I can find this new indiglow dash kit?

I'm kinda ticked that there isn't one of those
new electro luminescent guage display made
for camrys..I don't think there is a single one made for toyotas at all. I checked the site.

Actually, I haven't taken my dash apart yet to see what kind of bulbs my new Gen4.5 takes, but I'm eyeing some nice looking reverse indiglos from ProCarParts.com (thats where I bought my last ones for the Gen2 I owned). Looks like the markings match those on my 4-cyl... dunno if V6 speedo and tach are any different.
