Need suggestions on new Components for my 2000 camry v6

for xmas my wife is going to get me a new set of components for my car (i have yet to pick them out)

anyways i have a 2000 camry le v6 with an alpine 7894 head unit (30w x 4 rms) powering my factory components up front and boston acoustic 6x9's in the back and a phoenix gold 500 watt amp into a jl audio w7 12" sub.

so I want to replace my factory components.

any suggestions

anyone else have a similar Alpine headunit with aftermarket components in their camry...

also, i'm planning on installing these myself...any issues that i should be aware of when installing?

Thanks in advance for your help!

I like my 6.5" Infinitiy kappas. They're loud, full of treble and quiet clear. You can ebay them for cheap too.

If you're wanting to ditch the stock speakers, you'll need an amp to power new components. 30w a channel is not very loud when you start to realize that in many component sets the tweeters alone can handle much more power than 30w rms.

my thing is i don'twant to add another amp and i'm satisfied with the way it sounds right now with stock speakers and alpine deck so with aftermarket components it will just sound better.....besides i don't want to mount an amp in the trunk....and i already have one underneath my passenger seat....
