Want to install new speakers on 92 Camry LE

I'm very new to all this and just bought a Camry last week. The stock radio on it is only ok and snaps loudly everytime I turn it off. Anyone know why this is so?
2nd, I wanted to replace the radio and the speakers with new ones. I was looking at a cheapie mp3 player called a Power Akoustic that's under $100. - should I go for this or should I look for a quality brand? Just looking for something that will play my cds and sounds better than the stock radio.
Also, should I change the speakers all the way around and if yes, then what size fits in the 92 Camry? Can I get any size for the doors and the rears or not?
Yeah, yeah, I know alot of questions but I told u I was new to this!
P.S. the car is sweet especially with the 5 spd that I got!

Ok, kudos on the car, now down to business.
1 there may be a speaker short somewhere, or if it is the original radio and speakers (which it may be) then they're due to be changed out.
2 Replace the radio with something quality...like a Pioneer or alpine, around 150 for something decent.
3 speakers in doors are 6 1/2", rears are the same but can fit 6x9s. No rear door speakers, only in the rear deck.

knailgun was right about the pioneer stereos. you can get a decent pioneer cd/mp3/wma stereo for $150 off of crutchfield.com here is the link to the pioneer stereo on crutchfield:

http://www.crutchfield.com/S-ZZYVwo4...0&I=130DEHP370

this is a good place to order from, fast shipping and the even include the installation kit for free.($15+ at best buy) i also like the crutchfield install kts better b/c it looks like a more professional install. the stereo sits flush to the dash and includes a neat little pocket for cd's and stuff in the space underneath the stereo. my friend bought a cheap install kit at wal-mart and it looks like shit. it has a piece of chinsy black plastic under the radio(no cd pocket) and the radio sticks out an inch from the dash.

you could check out the other brands and see what you like but i would stick with a reputable brand. im not trying to flame but i never even heard of the brand you mentioned.

good luck!

make sure your door speakers ARE NOT 4" (5.15" fits, minor drilling)

cool, how about Clarion, guys? I've had my eye on one that was a sweet deal and I can get it cheap through a connection, or should I stick to pioneer?
Also, can I get the install kit that u mentioned, 95Camguy, through Crutchfield separately? sounds like a cool piece, but my Camry already has the space under the stereo head. Will this cause problems with this install kit?
Also, remember I'm in Canada and Crutchfield will probably more expensive to ship here, no, rates and all?

Clarion anit to bad, they got some sick head units, the speakers are pretty good, i was in the shop the other day and looking at their lastest range of speakers, shiney crome cones and stuff like that sound alight too, but i think their subs are kick ass i brought 2 12" clarion subs the other day, there really pretty good nice sharp and responsive bass well worth the money
