3rd Generation Adjusting Headlights on a Gen 3 Camry

So like the title says, do you people know how to adjust the leveling on a Gen 3 Camry? Whenever my friend ride in my car, he tells me that my headlights are aimed too low and isn't giving out the maximum output that my bulb are capable of. I confirm this when I rode in my other friend's 93 Camry; his headlights are aimed higher, and thus a lot further down the road than mine. Any help can be useful, even pics would help, thank's in advance!

this one, you will need a ratchet or some sort that will fit over it.. DO NOT AND DO NOT! use a screw driver or flat head phillips driver, or you will break it off like i unfortunantly almlost did....

My screws are all rounded off and adjusting is almost impossible.

OMG MadDawg, you are so helpful, it's people like you that makes TN a better place It's like you already had those pictures ready to help any victim with uncalibrated headlights. Well, i'm going to try this tommorrow. But some background checks. Seeing how these are "screws", is there a "maximum" and/or "minimum"? Like if I keep on tightning, would it come loose? or if I keep on tightning, would it crack something? Thanks in advance...

BTW, when I first knew bout this problem, I did try to adjust some of the screw that was located around the headlights and I knew it had to be one of at least two screws, the two that you showed me. I really turned the bottom one a lot and didn't noticed a difference in height... Now I know that all I did was totatly aim my headlights off to one direction , lolz, I have to probably re-center them tommorrow night now. Sorry for blabering on so long haha, just had to tell a little story
