93 Camry Automatic Transmission problem HELP!

Hello experts: I have a 1993 Camry 2.2 eng w/automatic transmission. The car will not go when I put it in reverse. Can anyone tell me what this might be and if it will be expensive to fix? Runs great in all forward gears. Thanks in advance for your replies.
