pretty soon i am going to invest in to some dynamat for my car. im going to be doing my trunk, and doors. i was wondering how to take the Gen3 doors apart, as mach_y did on his Gen5? i wanna dynamat the doors, and replace the 5.25" speakers, along with the 1" tweeters.

Sounds like a plan.... thats exactly what I did for my Gen3...

Isn't too difficult to take off the doors. There are about 7-8 screws (some are plastic screws) that you will need to remove. The trickiest part is removing the plastic piece around the door handle. Be as delicate as you can when doing that. The door handle stays on, and you just slide the door around it. Then you unplug the harness that connects to your power windows and locks.
