2001 Rough Idle, Stall, Hard Cold Start

Hello,

I am looking for some friendly advice, if you don't mind.

I have an 01 Camry LE 4 Cyl. that about 2 weeks ago had a problem starting in the morning. On a cold start for the first try it would crank, but not start. Second try it would start with no problem - for that matter, it would start again all day long even after sitting 8-10 hours. Next morning, same problem. So I took it into the dealer and here is what happened.

1. Scan ECU - No codes present
2. Monitor data stream - all within normal range
3. Installed fueld pressure gauge and confirmed fuel pressure is being maintained
4. Estimated IAC replacement - so they replaced the Idle Valve Assembly.
5. Next morning, same problem but also a fast idle. I say fast - it was at 2 on a cold start and then a short time later started to drop. That was fast for this car because it never idled that high for the 4 years I had it since new.
6. So they found a TSB titled M.I.L. "ON" DTC P0300 - Random Multiple Cylinder Misfire.
7. Replaced engine computer
8. Replaced fuel injector set, spark plugs, injection insulator, and added an EFI cleaner.

Now the car seems to be working perfectly - better than the day I got it. No more problems, plus, it shifts a lot more often. If I had tried to get up speed rather quickly before it would jump to 4/5 and feel like the car was going to fall apart. Now it doesn't do that anymore, it is much smoother in shifting and shifts more often.

So here's the question. My lease is going to expire in a month. What else might have gone bad as a result of this problem that I am unaware of? I'm obviously not that knowledgeable about cars (this is my first). I have done normal maintenance (oil changes, etc) and haven't needed new brakes, tires, or battery yet. It has about 42,000 miles. I should also add that the entire repair was covered by a 1 year ExtraCare warranty I got with the 4 year lease (computer was covered under mfg warranty), so all I paid was the $50 deductible.

Is it worth keeping? Is there something else that I should look for that might be a problem as a result of running for 4 years with this other problem?

Thanks for the help!
