3rd Generation stuck rear brake drum 95 Camry Wagon

Car sat a few month E-brake was not on and now the rear left wheel is locked! I tried tapping the drum with a hammer but nothing else yet. Is there a star wheel adjuster to back off? I misplaced my manual but am downloading one now I hope will cover a 95. thanks in advance

If it's like the generation 4 rear drum brakes (and it probably is) there is a star gear behind a rubber plug in the drum. Rotate the drum so that the plug is around 12:00 and the remove the rubber plug. The star gear should be just a bit to either side of 12:00 depending on which wheel you are working on.

There should also be 2 threaded holes in the drum to facilitate getting it off. You thread 2 matching threaded screws in these 2 holes and then turn them in as evenly as possible and it should lever off the drum. You will hear a pop when the drum breaks free.

Work on the "Star gear" shoe adjuster as far as possible first, the shoes may have cut a ridge into your drum.
Expanding the aduster is easy, so go as far as you can.

Don't forget about the generation 3 manual at the top of this forum. The brake section should give you a good picture of that star gear and it's location.
