if you want to twin turbo, you gotta runs stock ride height to get the 2 low mounts to fit if you actually wanna DRIVE the car anywhere
2 small nonintercooled, oiled fed only turbo's cna be hooked up fairly easy
i fyou have an auto then getting pipes back up to the intake may be a bit of a hassle.. the auto tranmissionis bigger then the manual so at msot youll have 2" pipes or so.
a single large turbo would be easier to make, and easier to plumb intercooling too.
oh yes i almost forgot...
SEARCH
tony the tiger has a hypo 1mz turbo :P

How many miles are on that camry engine that you want to Twin Turbo? and then how much boost do you want to run with 2 turbos? a lot of other engine work is probably in order. Lower compression cylinders, higher flow fuel pressure regulator, high flow injectors, oh man theres no end to my list here lol. What I am trying to get at is that if you install 2 turbos, after all that work, you're not going to want only 8 lbs of boost. You're gonna want more after all that $$$$$$$$$.
oh yeah the transmission needs to be able to take that extra 100 or so horses as well. so if its a manual make sure u gotta strong clutch, and if its auto make sure it can take that amount of power.

thanks but I already asked about using only one turbine and in a machine shop they said no that i need two turbos
OK STOP NOW
firstly, the shop has no idea what therye talking about. secondly, you shouldnt be covering this if you had to ask a shop that question.
tiger has a single turbo v6 cam
mcelligott has a single turbo v6 es
toys has a single turbo v6 es
8lbs would be pusing it. the engine shoul dbe ok, but the trans WONT BE. at least look into a manual conversion FIRST.
tiger is auto, he has spent A LOT of money on his auto but that was his choic ei guess, he has the money go to manual (in fact it would be cheaper) but i dunno.
why would you talk to a machine shop?
get the heads ported and polished htere instead.
piping is a nightmare on an AUTO, period.
there just isnt enough room to run anything larger then 2" around the auto transmission.
SEARCH.
and i havnet even started on what else you would need to upgrade for the 1mz to safeley support boost over 7psi.
