93 Toyota Engine Problem??

I have a 1993 Toyota Camry V-6. This past week it's been acting up a little bit. When it's warm at idle sometimes it will drop to like 400 rpm's and the steering wheel vibrates. It's however not an erratic idle and it maintains itself at 400 rpm's. It doesn't stall out either. Not all the time it does this. Just a few times. Then sometimes it will restore itself back to 700 rpm's. But the check engine light hasn't come on. However the light is functioning ok. Other than that it's been running great. Any suggestions??. Thanks.

Thanks for the respnose. I was shooting towards the IAC as well. But everyone says the Check engine light would some on. My engine light hasn't come on at all. Although I checked the light and it is working.
