2000 Camry fuse Question.

Well found the fuse that blow up its the alt 100amp fuse in the engine bay. Well now im trying to take it out and the plastic piece came off but theres 2 metal pieces sticking out from where the fuse goes. is this part of the fuse that needs to come out or does the new fuse go over the metal pieces cause i tryed pulling these metal pieces out but they dont want to come out. so any help will glady help. thanks

Go to any auto parts store and look at or buy the recommended fuse. This should tell you what the fuse looks like and what part of it needs to be removed to replace it.
