Preventative Maintenance for super low mileage older model gen 3

ok so our family's 92 camry v6 has finally reached the 50,000km (31,000 mile) mark

Is there any tips on preventative maintenance tips for a car which is getting old but internally fairly unused?

Ie. Things that should be replaced regardless of mileage

DEAR LORD thats low miles

just do the normaly maint and you should be good. replace all the fluids engine oil, tranny flush, if your power stearing fluid doesnt look red enough replace it as well. other than that keep it low and maybe one day it shall be a collector item.

Fluids: oil, tranny, differential, brakes, power steering, radiator. At 50,000 miles you can probably still get away with a transmission flush but from now on, every 30,000 miles!

Rubber: hoses, belts (maybe even the timing belt since it's so old even though it's not up to 60,000 miles yet.)

Many of your parts are well into their service life but are probably OK until they break. Things like water pump, timing belt tensioner, alternator, thermostat, fuel filter, radiator, suspension parts, spark plugs & wires, vacuum hoses, etc

Clean your throttle body and battery connections.

There is a pretty comprehensive list of checks you can review in the manual.

Give it a treat of Chevron Techroline Gas treatment and take a 300 mile highway speed trip! I also like Slick 50 in the oil every 50,000 mi.

I wish I had 50,000 on my odometer! Enjoy....

Sometime having such low miles can be bad for your car too!
I knew of a lady who had a gen2 camry with low low miles, she started her car and before her car ever reached optimal temp she reached work! This was the routine for a long time...by 65K miles, the engine needed replacement (and she was leaking badly). At the very least, i would start up and warm the car for 10 minutes weekly if your not adding any miles to it. Secondly, are you selling? (cus i might be intrested..hehe).

If you look in the owners maual they give you time and mileage recomendations for service intervals. There are many things that may not need to be replaced due to mileage but due to time. If you have the owners manual take a look at it and see waht it suggests.
