4th Generation Gen 4 i4 vs gen4 v6

Quick question, are the suspension on the 4cyl gen 4 different than the 6cyl fough gen? I ask this becausei was hit by another car (truck) and when the appraiser went to c the car he put down 4cyl, i guess cause all my emblems are shaved. i just wanted to know if i sould say anything to the authorized toyota body shop that its a 6 n not a 4. or is everything pretty much the same?

they should be basically identical suspension-wise....only difference may be that springs are shorter/longer (I don't know about stock springs tho?)

but if you have the v6 and you get i4 springs, it won't do much besides have your front a bit lower- the struts should be the same

If there was any damage done to the CV Axle or CV Joints, YES, there is a difference, emphasis on CV Joints..

CV Joints are very special and depend on the specific model of the Camry and wether you have ABS or not, so check on that also...
