2005 camry le waterleak into cabin

After 5 days of rain, I have lots of water on the driver side and some on the passenger side. It appears to have come in through under the dash, I think. I see the two drain holes under the hood in the corners, how do I clean these out? Any other drain holes or causes of the water leak I should look for? Thanks.

yes i found something out when wiring my amp and subs:

the grummet on the driver side where i pushed in the power wire was all wet. water leaks in from those grummets/holes that go into the engine bay. i told the dealer and they know about it, but wont bother telling you because they just dont give fu@% !!!. i siliconed it anyways to be safe but thats probably where its from, at least in my case.
