take it to AUtozone or any other place like that and use their OBDII reader.

I have tried an Airbag/ABS scanner and a Snap-on scanner that will ready practically anything but it won't ready the ABS codes.

well if you ahve tried both of those you may have to go to the dealer. How many miles on the car. I see it is an 02. COuld it possibly be under warranty still. If you ahvent gone over the 36k miles or it is not older than 36 months since you bought it.

Na, it is out of warranty...of course. There doesn't appear to be any ABS symptoms. I figure its just a bad wheel speed sensor or something.

don't know...it could be a bad abs sensor (did you have any suspension work or brake job that could have led to this problem??)
