Hi all, it's been a terrible month. Just sideswiped a truck. My front driver side door has a hole in it, is pushed in, scratched etc. The inside part of the door is fine, but my window will only go down halfway. Gets stuck halfway down, probably because the door's pushed in somewhere.
I'm thinking of buying an outer door panel from toyota-parts-dealer.com and putting it on, but how do I take apart the door? I want to at least make sure the power window regulator is fine.
Any tutorial would be greatly appreciated.
And just to be sure, I only need the outer panel, right? I don't have to replace the ENTIRE door, do I?
