I guess you forgot about the Celica that was in the "nascar" style races too, huh? Forgot which racing series that it was in, but that was like 3-4 years ago.

I heard today that Micheal Waltrip will be be driving a Camry with the NAPA sponsership!
(Johnboy and Billy)....well its a start anyways!

Ya punk they've been racin celicas in the Dash series for years now and with sucess too!
Its for 4 cyl cars!....and they go pretty damn fast ...after a couple of laps!

Wrong, the Fords on the track this year are Fusions. Don't know what drive axle they use though.

All Nascars run RWD. The majority of them run something simialr to a Ford 9" rear end. Due to the fact they are very sturdy and easy to change out since you can remove the carrier. Basically you can have the entire rear end setup and all you ahve to do is pop the axles out and then replace the center carrier.
