06 XLE Dash help

I am getting very frustrated with Toyota and hope somebody can help. I have an 06 XLE, has the wood on everything except the area around the radio/ac vents. I called Toyota directly and they tell me the ONLY way to get the matching wood around that area is FACTORY installed. The accessory offered by dealers is a different color. This sounds like a bunch of garbage. What happens if the car came with it and it cracked, how would they replace it or I get it replaced.....

Check E-bay. They sell the whole kit or just the parts U need. Just make sure U order the right color b/c there are many wood grains and colors.
