Gen5 Camry 03 brakes

hey guys, i was wondering what i should do to increase my camry's brake stiffness. perhaps new rotors that are drilled and slotted? do they make that much of a difference? new brakes pads for sure. i searched up the forum but didnt find anything with actual opinions in it. i just want to get rid of that soft plushy feel of my camry LE v6 brakes

thx.
