Soon to come: Tinted windows. K&N intake kit. High-flow exhaust. And a set of 20's (maybe 18's).

Well there is one being realeased here in Aus as the sports model in the Aurion. for the 2GR-FE motor...certainly won't work with a 06 1MZ.

i'm sure TRD is working on it as we speak and we should see it by 07 or early 07. Especially since this engine is in so many different models.

Honestly, how much more power does a front wheel drive car really need? Its already overpowered for the design as it is.

People would buy it, but would it worth it for toyota to do all the research and development? Probably not. I'm sure they could put the hundreds of thousands of dollars into another project which would yield more benefit to them as a company.
Most people are going to be satisfied with almost 300 hp. Are there any other nearly 300 hp toyotas for which toyota makes a supercharger? No. TFrom what I can tell they seem to make them for the underpowered cars or trucks.

well its not a TRD S/C, but as JetspeedCamry said, we get a S/C 2GR-FE in the new Aurions which will be released soon
so a Supercharger does exist

maybe TRD will adopt it in the future

The extra power wouldn't help at lower speeds, like 0-50mph. But it would definitely be fun from second gear on. Imagine, you widen the fenders a little, throw on some 10 inch 20's with some good rubber. Regular 20's would still be fun, you would just have to pay more attention to throttle. In either case; from a stop, you give about 3/4 gas. As soon as your rides shifts to second you floor it. oo baby!
