help...chipped paint from rock on my 07 camry se v6

I am in need of advice. My 1 month old metallic blue 07 Camry SE V6 has a chipped paint on the front hood. Its not one of those "superficial" chips either. It's a about a quarter inch wide and I can see some type of plastic clear material underneath the chip. My concern is that this can lead to rust. Should I bring it to Toyota and see if they can work on that for me. Will they charge me a lot? Will they be able to touch up just that spot?

The hood on my super white XLE was also chipped by a darned rock, nothing too serious but everytime i walk by the front of it IT HURTS! LOL..........i mean, people don't even notice it because you gotta get real close to see it but just by walking by that area i always remember it and i always see it, and on top of that on monday i was on my way to work and a freaking construction truck was spreading rocks everywhere on the highway and i was right behind it but i switched lanes quickly from the right all the way to the left, i'm just trying to avoid everything everywhere i mean the paint is WHITE my 1st white car and i'm just trying to take good care of it, you guys understand
