I want to purchase an aftermarket spoiler but i was wondering will that hurt my resale value ? What mods will decrease the value and which ones will increase it if any ?

A tasteful spoiler won't hurt and may help if a potential buyer wants it. A giant aluminum Ebay one with definately hurt you.

nope, a Spoiler will not hirt it (in some cases). If you get it's an OEM type (and not rice) it won't hurt it any. Generally, most mods will not increase the value much.

Yup, we say basically the same thing. Anything tastefully done helps. If you're concerned with resell and not 30-40 yourself ask what your parents would think about a particular mod, that is mostly the market on these cars.

While mods don't help resale in terms of dollars necessarily, it can help with what I call sale-ability. Meaning simply it can help push someone over the edge in deciding between your car and Joe Blow's car.
