5th & 6th Generation (2002-2006 & 2007-2011)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 2002-2006 & 2007-2011
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
I am currently looking for chrome mirror covers for my 2002 camry and have only found covers that will fit the 2003. I was understanding that the 2002 & 2003 were the same body styles. I am also looking for chrome replacement (not Covers) door handles. Can anyone help?
Edit: And also as far as I understand it. The 02 and 03 are the exact same exterior with the exception of the removal fog light panels in some of the front bumpers. Mirror covers for the 03 should fit the 02 with no problem.

^The popout fog covers aren't a difference in the years, its a difference in where the car is made. Japan-built comes with pop-out. American-built comes with molded covers.

Glaring blue HID bulbs are NOT classy, and don't make your car look nice, no matter what that kid in the Civic told you.
I thought all the '02s regardless to where they were made came with pop-out fog holes. I thought on the '03 that it mattered where it was made (Japan or US).
Edit: Well, it doesn't matter. Some people on this forum still think that all Gen 5s come with pop-outs even though my 03 clearly doesn't have any. lol.

that's what I thought. Went ahead and purchased the mirror covers. will update everyone once they arrive. Oh, and by the way, for all those who are wondering if the scion tc turbo kit will fit the camry, IT DOES! Other than a few minor re-fabrication issues (the downpipe) it went pretty smoothly. If you have the means, and like to go fast, I highly recomend picking one up.
