In Colorado I have yet to see an '07 Manual... or even an CE, LE or another SE, which is what I have seen. All I have seen yet are the XLE's.

WE just got an Email from toyota saying our 5speed 07' will take more time than expected to get built/shipped to us because it's not a priority. The Autos are, so we have to wait...lame

What config did you get?

A couple of years from now the place will be full of guys asking what parts are needed to do a manual swap!
