A toyota dealership said that they can install the bluetooth feature into a Camry SE 07 (I4) without having the JBL stereo option but will cost a little extra. Is that true? Has anyone had the dealership service dept install bluetooth when buying a Camry SE 07 I4 without JBL??

If the dealer is installing it, confirm it is the factory integrated system (not an aftermarket add on) before purchasing.

That would be pretty strange and hard to believe. the JBL amplifier controls the blutooth too. I has an input for speed and determines if it shows the number of person calling or just "incoming" also mutes the radio. Maybe there is a radio with bluetooth and no JBL, I doubt it.

Can I buy a JBL Headunit/Nav and just but the AMP and other missing parts?

I would bet money it is an aftermarket system like Parrot or something similar. On Toyota.com you can't get BT without a JBL system.
