Gen6 Set Alarm to Passive mode on 07 XLE

Does anyone know how to set the alarm that comes with the 07 XLE to passive mode? It comes from the factory with the passive mode set to OFF. I've looked in the user's manual and can't find it. I've looked thru most of the other manuals also. I'm hoping that it can be set without having to hook a meter to it.

You should gotten an Alarm manual in your black case along with the owners manual.

The dealer can change it along with quite a number of other customizable parameters.

I didn't get a manual. Did you? If so, how do I change it to passive? I know the dealership can but I should be able to also. Thanks.

No, I didn't get your private message. Is your alarm the standard one that comes with the XLE and if so does your manual tell you how to set it to passive? If the answers are yes, how do you set it to passive?

I have the alarm that comes standard with the XLE and Factory installed Glass Break Sensor. I assume you didn't get the owners guide called RS 3200 Plus. By the way the Passive arming does'nt auto lock the doors. Below is a link that has the Owners Guide on it

http://rav4world.com/brochure/alarms...s3200plus.html

If the link doesn't work, Google rs3200 plus it is the first item titled RV4-3200 plus

It doesn't mention how to set the alarm to passive mode. But the rest was interesting. Thanks.
