Gen6 Hybrid grille swap installation question

I just got my Hybrid grille.
Those who have done this install I have a question.
I'm told by Toyota that the bumper cover has to be taken off to the bottom clips of the grill both installing and uninstalling.
Is this true?
Sounds like a bigger job than I thought it would be.

The following documentation link is posted on this forum:

http://oregonstate.edu/~tongt/camry/07/index.html

Download the 'Extrior Trim' doc.

Go to page ET-9. The grille removal is at the top of this page.

You can remove the grille w/o taking the bumper cover off.

I tried downloading the file but I'm too computer illiterate to do the deed..

The bottom clips look like they may be an issue for me.
Klutch had mentioned difficulty with a couple of clips.
Another poster(whose name escapes me) said he took the bumper cover off which made the install easy.
I think I may just get my buddy to do it at his bodyshop and throw him a few bucks.

I actually posted those directions in a post recently.
I looked at the black top of the grille area and didn't see those tabs in figure 2.
The 16 clips are plastic and attached to the grill.
Some of them have to be unclipped from the backside.
I'm afraid I'll crack or break some of the clips.
I'll take another look tomorrow.
Thanks for your imput,njerald.

Where did you get the hybrid grille? and how much is it?
I want to replace mine also.
Can I have the dealer replace it?
