Just bought an 07 SE V6

Today i purchased a super white over charcoal cloth 07 SE V6 Camry, however i'm waiting on it to be delivered as its coming in from another dealer. Its pretty stripped, no sunroof, leather, jbl, etc but thats how i wanted it. After looking around i think i'm gonna go with some 19" rims and get the windows tinted asap. I've seen the couple cars on cardomain and the one here with the 19" Falken wheels but not much else, where are all the modded 07's?

Congrats on the new whip. As of right now, you will only find a few members with mods such as interior lighting, HIDs, upgrade wheels, tints, springs, etc. Currently K&N and Fujita are currently working on intakes, and Eibach introduce a set of springs with a mild drop. There's not much aftermarket support as of this moment since this model is so new. Besides, not everyone post pics of their rides or talks about them.

i'll probably wait on TRD to offer some springs and tint will happen very soon. 18's seem to look kinda small so i'm gonna try to go with a 19x8 +45 OZ Racing rim with a 235/40r19 tire, same diameter as the factory 17". the stereo in the le i'm driving until mine arrives seems kinda weak so i'll probably upgrade that too.
here's my last 2 vehicles, i just sold the truck friday, i never should've traded the TSX in on that gas hog.

On a side note, in my opinion, you should of kept the TSX. Personally, the only truck I would ever buy is a Toyota Tacoma X-Runner. But hey, that's just me.

yeah you are right i never should've sold the TSX, it was a great car and i almost considering getting another one but the power and lower price of the camry changed my mind.

Hi-
I am looking real hard at se v6 camry, but considering Tsx too. Now that you own your SE, do you think you made right choice and why.

For me, its the v6 268 hp w/ 31 mpg that is biggest reason I like the Camry. Anything else important that you noticed.

Thx,
R

The TSX is a great car but comes with lots of features i don't want/need such as bluetooth, sunroof, leather, etc. The power and mileage is the reason i chose the camry especially with the lower pricetag, however i do prefer the size of the TSX, its a little smaller car and handles a little better i think.

I currently drive a 07 V6 SE in Barcelona Red, one of my close friends has a TSX. After buying the Camry, I'd always tease him about the amount of power I had over his 200-hp. I drive his car from time to time and to be honest, I like it... I like it a lot. I'm a big fan of tiptronic and his 'shifter' is so much snappier than the mushy Camry's. The TSX really opens up when in VTEC, and its certainly eager to rev up to get there.... With my Camry I get the power much earlier in the RPM band. Do I prefer the TSX over the Camry? NO WAY! I'm Toyota all the way!! Is the TSX an excellent car? HECK YEAH! Is it worth 10 grand more? Thats for you to decide.

Personally, I don't like them. I'm more into the the clean 5 spokes design. Just wondering, why do you get a discount?

I get a discount with them because we buy tires through them at the dealership i work at(not Toyota). i'm looking at some Axis Crux 19's too but they have a lip and wheels with a lip tend to look smaller.

edit: i like these too and they are very nice for the price but 18" is the biggest its offered in.

I definately like the 2nd OZ wheels better. You should get 19"s since you had your heart set on it. Any smaller, and you might regret it.
