Tire Width ?

I'll be in the market within the next couple weeks for a new wheel and tire setup. I'm looking at the 5zigen Hyper 5zr's. THe setup i'm looking at is 18x7.5 offset at +43. My problem is tire selection. I've gone through a couple tire stores and used tire caculators...and i;ve narrowed the tire size to, 225/45/18 or 225/40/18. Will this combination work with the gen 5? I have no drop yet but will be dropping it with the eibach pro kit shortly after i get the wheels. Are there any rubbing issues, can i go wider on wheels and tires, anything of the sort would help....or if anyone has this similar combination with pics could you please post. I KNOW I KNOW there is a sticky..but not too many people posted with a gen 5. So please any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Just put 235/40's on my 06 with TSW Montage's at +40 offset..its not lowered yet..and i have no problems at all..in fact 235/40 was almost a perfect match for the speedo reading..
So u shold have no probles either way you go and even when you lower it..
here a link to a picture of mine..
