That is my question. Also what color is it? Thanks.

i'm surprised no one replied... i'd like to know this as well... maybe you can find it in the sticky repair manual.
Yeah, that is pretty messed up. I know someone knows the answer with all the people installing fog lights and different lighting on their cars. I was installing fog lights on my car with the one-piece bumper. So cutting was trouble enough. I had a lot of trouble with the wiring under the dash and I changed the plans of my project from the aftermarket switch. I'm going OEM now, more money but less pain. I didn't really see anything in the sticky specifically for the Gen 5.

EDIT: Never mind. I see how you use it now. It just takes patience.

could you post pics of your install when you're done
If you mean the fog lights, then sure I can post pics. My fogs aren't in there super clean but they are clean enough. I think all of my parts will arrive today so I will probably install everything today or tomorrow.

yes! pics of the foglights would be awesome. from your other posts, i think you got the aftermarket kit from ebay....i'm curious as to how you mounted it on the bumper.
I just got some fogs from ebay 2 days ago. Got the horrible US bumper... Used dremel to cut the hole, shove it in and glue it w/ JBweld + hot glue.
That's basically what I did as well. Instead of JBWeld + hot glue, I sanded and used industrial strength epoxy (2500 lbs. strength). I guess it doesn't really matter as long as you get good strong and durable glue. It takes a while if you want to get everything right but if you take your time it is not hard at all.
BTW, I got my fog relay today and installed it. I had to fit my hand in the little crevice under the dash but the relay fit like a charm. I am now waiting on the OEM headlight switch w/ fog option.
I'll still post pics when I get everything together unless you don't mind seeing non-functioning fog lights. lol.
zettahertz, how's the retro?

still working on the aiming, screwed up and cracked a reflector almost in half when trying to take it outta the housing... But JBwelded it back together. got all the parts, somehow the bezel I got is slightly different from yours, have to dremel it to fit the bottom part of the projector and the hole is a bit wider? Hopefully finish this thing this weekend. The aiming really frustrates me. It's almost done, was a bit confused with the cutoff line cus the right side dips a bit down right after the Z shaped thing and then curves slightly up at the right side (result of the color modding). Dunno how some ppl got it so straight.
But that dip is normal according to several ppl at HIDplanet so i guess it's fine. So I just tried to minimize the curving by placing washers in other locations and retain that blue colored line.
man, can't wait till this thing is finished.
I'm a perfectionist sometimes and my lens do not match. One was sanded and buffed, its clear but it looks hazy. The other was not sanded and it is chipped up a little but clear and not hazy. So this is my dilemma before mounting the ballasts. Then I will be done.

Close view of fogs. I can get closer but it pretty much looks completely stock unless you are really, REALLY trying to spot something that looks off.
The actual fog light switch (if you want to go OEM), very easy install
Lights on (sorry, it's daytime) If I'm not too busy, I'll take night shots as well
A random pic of my interior w/entertainment system. Why? Just cause.
After I install my hid retro, my exterior lighting will be complete and I will no longer have those "soft" LE headlights. Any questions?
