Well done, but curious to know about the technique used to get this effect--TMS USA is a knowledgeable car guy, but cluleess with photography.

Thanks for the portfolio of gorgeous shots.
Thanks for the kind words!

The "wierd-effects" picture was one where the sunset was VERY cool, but the picture was so dark that you could barely see the car, so I started messing around with the "curves" control in my photo editing software. With just a bit of playing around, I achieved the effect you see above.

Here's another somewhat normal "sunset" shot to complete the portfolio:

cool car

Hi there...I am a golfer gal. I love my 07 Camry LE! It's comfortable, quiet - and has so much room! I have driven a 06 Civic LX and it's nothing compared to this. I've also driven a V6 2006 Hyundai Sonata-is quieter but not as comfortable and large. You won't regret your Toyota Camry. It has the highest resale vale and reliability factor among all car brands. . it's been the best selling mid-size sedan for 8 years! Enjoy it!

We've had our new 07 camry se for about two months now and have had the first oil change. So far we have been very satisfied with it. I hope and expect to continue to have good luck with it. Our old 98 camry is what sold us on the new one. It has been a tank and now has 170,000 mi and still runs absolutely perfect. I plan on pushing them both to 300,000+ miles.

I think you hear a lot of negative stuff on sites like this no matter what automaker it is because it is a good place to find answers to problems and share issues when you do have them. No automobile manufacturer is TOTALLY perfect. IMO, Toyota owners are often harder to please than others because most of us buy them expecting near perfection, including myself.

Good luck everyone.

I am happy but in a way I am not. I guess all the bad talk about this car has knocked the wind out of my sails so to speak. My salemen sounded so happy when he called to let me know it was in and I am like "yeah okay I will come and get it" in a blah tone He was probably saying to himself "what is wrong, she isn't happy" *shrugs*

I currently own a Toyota vehicle and I had a recall on it that was fixed. No other problem with it what so ever. I almost feel like the vehicle can't be stopped or broken....

Wish me luck!
I have an I4. Most of the problems I've read so far are happening in the V6 model. What recall did you have? And what vehicle did you own?

Just think of it this way: in the mid-1980's to the '90's there was a "large" increase in the rate of breast cancer. BUT, it wasn't due to an actual surge in the number of women who had breast cancer ...we just developed BETTER SCREENING methods and so we picked up more cases. Just the same as it is here on this forum-there seems to be a lot of problems b/c this is a forum where we can talk about anything: negatives and positives. It's a venue where people complain and praise. But look at the bigger picture, if you read Comsumer Reports, JD Power evals...there's nothing but praises for this model. I understand your "trauma" with Toyota though, having a vehicle that had problems. It's okay to be worried...
I'd be anxious too.

But life is too short, so you have to enjoy it

My 1 month old Toyota Camry Hybrid is a great car, quiet, very quiet, at low speeds. People in the parking lot don't know I am there behind them as I creep around the lot. Accelerates smoothly with CVT, and I actually like the little bit of gear whine as you come to a stop.

The JBL with Bluetooth handsfree is nice, and the sound system is very good.

The steering wheel controls are great.

Mileage of my TCH, in about 3000 miles I got nearly 41 mpg.

I like the Smart Key.

Front wheels are always very clean because there is almost no wear due to the regenerative braking.

Cons: low quality port installed leather. Some dash parts don't fit real well. Since there is no engine momentum as you come to a stop there is a bit of touchiness in the brakes.
