So, I'm looking to preserve the interior of my new 07 Camry LE. Does anyone here have info for clear vinyl mats for the floors/trunk and for airbag-safe seat covers?

I noticed the Exactmats company makes custom-fit mats, but they're rather pricey IMO for cut pieces of plastic.

Don't want or have either but see them for sale all the time.

Don't like 'em. As far as price though,uaually you get what you pay for. Cheap price usually means cheap quality. I've seen them on ebay also.

No offense, but you are not one of those people who puts plastic on your couch are you?
Then why put plastic over everything in your car?
I am meticulous about my car and have the Bisque (beige) interior!
Yeah, I was nervous originally but I went ahead and got the Scotchguard protection from my local detailer (you can do it yourself also).
AND whenever my mats get dirty and worn out then I have the satisfaction of knowing that I can get them online for next to nothing.

naw, i'm not that bad. hehehe.

It rains frequently where I'm at, so I tend to bring in wet dirt and sludge onto my floor mats. I also tend to bring in staining oils from going into my car after sweaty gym visits. I figured it would make sense for me to protect my interior from all the crap I bring in.

I guess I'll be looking into ExactMats and eBay seat covers. Call me a prude, but I don't want to stain my seats with unremovable oil stains.
