Gen5 Requesting HID pics without retrofit...

i know i know, dont flame me,HIDs only with projectors lol. My friend was selling his Helios HID Kit for only $160 because he just got a new car. He didn't get to install it or anything, it was just a bad loss for him. I couldnt resist the offer so i took it, because it was so cheap. The thing is that, im planning to install this kit without a retrofitting project. so, can anyone here with hid on their stock housings post your night pics for me please ?.

I got some pics. These are running on 6000K Ultinon 9006 with stock 02-04 housing.. Gotta say, it's not too bad from a far distance. And the glare can actually help u see signs... lol The spread sux, ground illumination is good(mine's aimed a bit down), distance not as good as retrofit.

http://home.comcast.net/~zettahertz/DSC00653.JPG (shouldn't be this bright, over contrasted by camera)
http://home.comcast.net/~zettahertz/nightshot.jpg

Retrofit is definitely better though.

there's actually more lines of random light when car's closer to the wall some that even go straight up. that pic is from around 20 ft away from wall, not that bad from that distance

You have a TRD rear sway bar you want to sell?

If so, PM me. Don't want to ruin this guy's thread.

Glaring blue HID bulbs are NOT classy, and don't make your car look nice, no matter what that kid in the Civic told you.

i see you mounted your ballasts for the driverside ON the battery. Is that safe ?? anything happened ? if not, im planning to put it the same place, and as for the passenger side, i see you used rubber to hold it tight. Did you use like double sided tape? thanks, i just need some help.
