Customizing the dash on the 2007 camry

I was comparing the aftermarket kit from metra vs the stock double din kit from toyota. I was wondering the blue look that toyota had. I think it is like a sheet of paper underneath the plastic sheet and i was wondering if anyone knows where i can get this sheet so then i can customize the metra kit to make it all blue and stuff. I believe it is lights just like the radio unit. well thats what it looks like at least
