Is $450.00 too much for the TRD spring install with alingment on my 07' Camry? The springs are another $250 on top of that.
I would retain all warranty if they install it. I just want it done right.
And Elipson what do you think about chrome 18" wheels on a Magnetic Grey 07' Camry or the gun metal? I would like the idea of chrome but do not want to look too flashy or getto. I want to retain a clean sharp look. Thought about the Lexus GS wheels as well.
Well I took mine first to as shitty place that messed up a bunch of stuff and now I have to deal with them to get money for there mistakes and I have voided my warrenty. If the TRD springs as far as you are going to go with suspension and you are not big into mechanics I would say pay it and you know that any problem you have is still covered. I have voided the suspension warrenty on the last few cars I have bought, but I usually am messing around up there at least 2 or 3 times trying differenty things. So it is not a big deal to me.
I hope I helped in someway.
The price is high, but it is all about if you want to maintain the warrenty or not.
Here the dropzone charge me $499 for for the springs and Installation + $50 for alignment..
Another shop charge me $360 just for the installation....
Dealers with the thing that if you don't go there you void the warranty.. , they take advantage and rip you off.. ( I hate dealers ) ...I'm still dealing with those suckers for suspension problems..anyway..
Shop around and ask for prices, if you don't go to the Dealer just make sure that they have experience on that area...

Any input would be appreciated.
Shop around for a reputable shop. Your warranty will remain in tact using the TRD parts as long as they are installed properly. It is a law that they can't screw with you about it...especially using Toyota parts.

Magnetic Gray was actually my 2nd choice if I couldn't get Super White. In my opinion, Magnetic Gray is a very subtle color. By adding chrome wheels to the picture would be too flashy and will take attention away from the car itself and this awesome color. I would recommend going with a gunmetal finish which will match the Magnetic Gray beautifully and accent your tint. This way, the Magnetic Gray still shines with the wheels, while still keeping it subtle. I included some pics I found on cardomain to give you a accurate visual image of this combo.
Akira, Has the ride changed at all after installing the TRD springs?? is it just as smooth or do you feel more of the road?? Is the inside any louder?? My TRD springs are still sitting at the dealership.
