Edmunds.com - Long-Term Test: 07 Camry

Haven't seen this posted here...so here's a link: Long-Term Test: 2007 Toyota Camry

Seems like their V6 LE is pretty solid (no tranny issues)...but the fuel economy they achieved is pretty disappointing...

They average fuel economy throughout the life of the vehicle, including the initial break in miles where fuel economy is at its worst. Check out some of their other (newer) long term test, those results are in line with that as well. It would be nice if they posted "Avg F/E Over the Last 5 fill-ups" with each update.

That is very interesting to learn. On my first tank I got 26mpg mixed driving and was rather disappointed. I am really hoping after my 2nd, 3rd and 4th tanks that the mileage will go up SLIGHTLY.

My 1st tank was the same as my 19th tank.
