Gen5 Steering wanders...HMMM

Hey guys, thanks to theamazingnate, i finally got my first set of rims, the 5zigen hyper 5zr's in hyper black 18 inch running on cooper zeon 2xs 225/40/18. UNfortunately i haven't gotten around to taking pics, but basically here is my problem, the steeing seems to wander a lot, My guess is that the PSI level is too low. It seems that any bump in the road that my tires meet, the steering tends to follow that line. I'm running 29 psi all around. Thats what the door sticker says. But i know it'll be different with plus sizing wheels. I will do the chalk method tomorrow and see what seems to work. Second question is, according to torque specs, the lug nuts should be tightend at 76 ft/lb. Doesn't that seem a little low to anyone? Please advise on what psi level is a good starting point to play around with, and what torque spec should i be using to tighten the lug nut?

The lug nut torque sound right, if you over tighten you risk snapping off the stud.

That or the tires have uneven wear to them which can cause you to pull in either direction.

NO uneven tread wear as of now.
Toyomoho- i left the torque spec at 80 instead of 76..i don't think those extra 4 lbs will make a difference.
PIctures will be taken today
Mistabullet, yea my door tag says 29 but i fugured it would be different once i changed the sizing of everythign, lol. But i guess it just realy depends on the tire type, and wheel combo. I guess you'll never really know until you test it out for long term wear

Yes guys pics will be posted today, i promise, i'm off to school so nothign until after 12

^cuttooth, i did...but that doesn't factor in weight of the car so, that would be off by a little. And the for psi, there is no recomended rating, just max psi which is like 50 or 55 i forgot but i'll check while i take some pics.
