is there any way to get heated mirrorrs on my gen 6 camry? any easy kits or toyota parts i can add on to make this happen?

My SE came with a package that included heated mirrors and I need them since I live in Colorado.

How do I know I have a heated mirrors? How do you turn on heated mirrors? I have a loaded 07 XLE V6. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure if you have a loaded XLE then you have them. Someone please correct me if I am wrong but I am pretty sure the heated mirrors come on when you turn the defrost on. wtliao please refer back to your owner's manual for more information.

I believe they go on when you put on your defroster and/or rear window defroster..

Yes... this is true. It comes on with the defroster.

More than likely your car has the wiring and plug for the heated mirrors. You just need to purchase the mirrors with the heating element. Anyone investigate this?

Here in Canada heated mirrors are on all trim levels as standard equipment. Supposedly they heat up when the rear defroster is on. Check the exterior specs, you should find the info there.

i want them as well
you can buy them from the dealship very cheaply (30 bucks)
but when i ordered mine they were backordered for 6 weeks so i didin't get them....

anyone know where to get them aftermarket??
also can anyone confirm the wiring is there ???

if so i am thinking DIY

and maybe adding some LEDS to act as a turnsignal
