Sorry if this happens to be a duplicate thread but the TSB Update is finally here in Canada!
TSB update for 07 Camry I4 5AT came out on October 18th 06.
Doesn't seem like many Canadian dealerships know about this, or they just dont want to bother with it.
Today I took my car in for an oil change (Brimell Toyota) and asked the service rep. if they had heard anything about a such update and ofcourse they've "never had anyone complain" about the 07 camrys. To keep my story short i ended up asking the head technition and he knew about it and have made an appointment for this comming monday! BUT i think your camry had to be made before a certain production date, mine was July 11th and i was eligible for it.
I will post the result of my update once i get it done on monday!
Im new to TN so please bare with me
Yes, you are correct that that this TSB is only applicable for 07 Camry I4 5As built before the beginning of October. At that time, there was a running change to the assembly lines at the manufacturing plant in Kentucky.
Hey infamous_K, just curious what model and trim you have and how much you paid? Thanks

Did you get the C package?
I also have the SE with package C, wanted the leather, heated seats, and moonroof, but didn't need the V6 since I have two other cars, both 6 cylinders. I wouldn't mind the smartkey and bluetooth though!
Hey Infamous_K..... I had the TSB performed on Oct.18/06, the day it was released and I noticed quite an improvement. Some hesitation was still evident at the beginning but seems to improve each day. Let us know how you make out on Monday. Good Luck...... I know this problem is quite frustrating.

thats nice to hear! because there was no way i was gonna drive my camry around the way it is now... i waited too long for this TSB, and looking forward to monday! i hope this hesitation problem will be gone for good!
Can you post the TSB? I will be doing an oil change soon and would like to get the TSB done too. My car is built May 06.
I have no idea where you can get a copy of the TSB but when i was at my dealership the technician went on some site and printed it out for me... and i left that copy with the service rep along with my car info printout..
You should be able to just go in and ask for the update, because all dealerships should have it on their system or network.
i believe tsb is technical service bulletin but are you guys reffering to some hesitation issue ? is there anything about the ratteling noise comming from the back and im close to Bramell toyota also who did u talk to?

Any word yet on the TSB number for Canada? I see a few have had it done, does anyone have the number?
I had the TSB performed last week. It seems to have resolved the problem........ hesitation when accelerating from slow speeds is no longer there . I just received a copy of the work order and the procedure shown is "Reprogram PCM as per TSB 2650". Hope this helps...... now you can go to the dealer with a number.
I was at the dealer to install my SE pedals (for some odd reason, the batch my SE came in with all came with rubber pedals ? )
At the same time, I asked about the TSB at the same time and the service advisor must have mis-interpreted the TSB as he is ordering a new computer for me from Japan. ( ?!?! )

Hi, I just bought the 07 LE I4 last month, and I was hoping if you folks from TO can answer a couple of questions. This is my first Camry, looks, drives, and handles nice and the car night at the dealer is next week, but I like to know beforehand. Thanks.
1) Do the Camrys sold in Canada come with the TPM? I did a search and found one post saying no, can anyone confirm it?
2) I read about the TSB on the hesitation. Is there a way to find out when my Camry was built?
3) Is it me, do you notice that the rear pillar of the car blocks the view when checking for blindspot. Is it something I have to get used to?
4) My factory tires are the Michelin Energy. Since they are new all-season tires and winter is comming up, are those factory tires good in the snow? Am I ok for the first winter, or am I better off buying a set of winter tires & rims. I don't drive aggressively during the winter.
